In her first update since welcoming baby Luai, the Mean Girls actress, aged 36, posted a heartwarming mirror selfie. She used this opportunity to shed light on the transformation her body underwent during pregnancy and the subsequent recovery phase.
Celebrating the power and resilience of her body, Lohan wrote, "I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery." She further humorously added that her daily ensemble has now shifted to her postpartum underwear from Frida Mom, proudly stating, "Because I’m not a regular mom, I’m a postpartum mom."

Baby Luai, whose name holds the Arabic meaning of 'shield or protector,' was born in Dubai. Although the exact date of his arrival has been kept private, it's evident that the family's joy knows no bounds. A representative for Lohan shared, "The family is over the moon in love," while announcing the birth of the beautiful, healthy boy.
New grandfather, Michael Lohan, expressed his elation about the family's latest addition, saying, "All I can say is I'm so so happy for Lindsay and Bader! They will be amazing parents," in an interview with PEOPLE. The joy of having the first boy in the family was not lost on him as he excitedly shared that, "this is the first little boy in the family and it’s just wonderful."
Recounting the smooth delivery process, he added, "Everything went great with Lindsay, absolutely amazing and the delivery went really smooth."

Earlier this year, Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan, disclosed that her daughter had always desired to start a family. Echoing the family's sentiment, she stated, "Lindsay has always loved kids because I love kids and my mother loves kids; I'm one of four." The recent addition to their big, loving family was truly a dream come true for Lindsay.
As the family revels in their happiness, Dina revealed the timing couldn't have been better. In her words, "She's been trying and then it happened, that little stick came up positive." She further praised Shammas, expressing, "Bader is an angel. Her husband is so sweet and they're just so happy. They're just really happy and ready."
This chapter of motherhood is the beginning of a beautiful journey for Lindsay Lohan, one filled with joy, love, and the occasional postpartum underwear. With a solid support system and her infectious spirit, there's no doubt that Lindsay isn't just any mom - she's a proud, postpartum mom.
